We have tested many different products to bring you the range of quality rear view camera systems and components (monitor/cable/camera) that we have today. Our products come directly from the factories to give the best price. To help you choose the system best suited for your vehicle, here is a quick guide or read our BUYERS GUIDE if you would like to know more.
- CAR MONITORS 12VOLT suit vehicles that have12volt power (most cars, vans, utes,4x4s and camper vans). They connect to the camera via RCA plugs and do not power the rear view camera. CAR CAMERAS - RCA/DC have RCA plugs for the video and DC plugs for the power(usually powered by the reversing lights -12volt only) and come with a DC plug and 5 or 6 metre RCA lead to connect to the monitor.
- TRUCK MONITORS 12/24VOLT can use 12 or 24 volt power systems and connect to the cameras via 4 pin water proof connectors also supplying power to the TRUCK CAMERAS - 4 PIN . These can be fitted with 4 pin CABLES coming in 5/10/15/20 metre lenghts with trailer plugs also availible. These suit trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles, but also work in 12volt vehicles. TRUCK MONITORS 12/24VOLT have at least 2, and up to 4, camera/power inputs, with trigger wires for auto switching between camera views.
- We have adaptors for both the CAR CAMERAS - RCA/DC and TRUCK CAMERAS - 4 PIN so they can work on either monitor as well as a range of cables including trailer options.
Our products are reasonably easy to install by someone with basic auto electrical knowledge, however if you are not experienced with automotive electrics we highly recommend that you use a professional who can provide a warranty for the product and workmanship.
